Why we started CrewSolutions
We started CrewSolutions after our founder, Kainoa McIntosh, spent four years working as an apprentice electrician at M&M Electric in Brentwood, California, from 2020 to 2024.
Electrical contractors don’t always need another full-time employee. Sometimes they need additional workers for a specific project, a few days, or even a single shift. At the same time, electrical trainees need opportunities to gain practical experience, accumulate working hours, and develop their skills under qualified supervision.
We saw an opportunity to build a platform that connects both sides, making it easier for contractors to find additional workers when they need them and for trainees to access legitimate, paid work opportunities. We founded CrewSolutions in July 2025 to turn that idea into a business.

What we won't compromise on
There are three principles we will never compromise on: pricing transparency, safety, and quality.
Contractors should understand what they’re paying for, and trainees should clearly understand their compensation and the work they’re accepting. Safety is nonnegotiable. And we’ll always prioritize quality over growth.
Our goal isn’t simply to become the largest electrical staffing platform. It’s to build one that contractors and trainees genuinely trust.
