How it works
How a job moves from posting to payday.
Three steps, in order. Each breaker closes when someone acts, and the work moves on to the next step.
Post the job. Trainees accept.
The contractor posts the job with the experience level, schedule and number of trainees. Trainees nearby see it and accept.
Do the work.
Trainees clock in and out in the app. The contractor directs the work on its jobsite.
Approve the hours. We handle pay.
The contractor approves the hours in the app. We pay the trainee every week and send the contractor one invoice a week.

Each side knows its part.

We supply trainees and handle their employment. We don't do electrical contracting. Every trainee finishes our safety course before their first job, and the contractor runs safety on its own jobsite.
