For contractors

Who employs the trainees?: CrewSolutions does. Trainees are our W-2 employees. We recruit, hire and pay them, and we handle payroll taxes and workers' comp. You direct the work on your jobsite.
How do you check trainees before they reach my jobsite?: Every trainee verifies their identity and holds an active California electrician-trainee registration. They also show approved schooling or enrollment, and they finish our safety course before they work.
How do I get a crew?: Post the job in the app with the experience level, schedule and number of trainees you need. Trainees nearby see it and accept. You see who's coming before the first day.
How does billing work?: You approve the hours in the app. We send one invoice a week for the approved hours.
What kind of work is covered?: Private residential and commercial jobs for C-10 contractors in California. Public works, prevailing-wage and industrial jobs aren't covered.

What do I need to sign up?: You must be 18 or older and hold an active California electrician-trainee registration, with approved schooling or enrollment. The app shows you which documents to upload.
How and when do I get paid?: Every week. You see the pay rate for every job before you accept it. Overtime and breaks are paid according to California rules.
Can I choose my jobs?: Yes. You see open jobs near you and accept the ones that fit your schedule.
Who do I work for?: CrewSolutions is your employer. On the jobsite you work under the contractor's supervision.
How do I start?: Download the app, create your profile and upload your documents. We review everything and let you know when you can accept jobs.
