CrewSolutions provides a workforce coordination platform for approved electrical contractors, eligible electrical trainees, and related administrative users. The Platform may be used for account onboarding, document uploads, contractor verification, job posting, assignment management, time tracking, payroll-related workflows, communications, payment processing, and administrative review.
The Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

A. Account and Contact Information
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account login information, profile details, company name, role, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.
B. Electrical Trainee Information
If you register as an electrical trainee or worker, we may collect information such as your work experience, skill level, availability, electrical trainee card or certification information, uploaded documents, profile photo, job preferences, work history, timecards, and other information needed to evaluate eligibility or manage assignments.
C. Contractor and Business Information
If you register as a contractor, shopkeeper, client, or business representative, we may collect your business name, business contact information, C-10 electrical contractor license information, company documents, insurance-related information, job site information, authorized representative information, payment information, and other information needed to verify and manage your business account.
D. Identity, Eligibility, and Verification Information
We may collect identification documents, work authorization or employment eligibility information, certifications, licensing information, tax-related onboarding information, screening-related information, and other documents needed to verify users, comply with legal obligations, or administer workforce-related services.
E. Job, Work Order, and Assignment Information
We may collect job details such as job title, job location, date, start time, end time, hourly rate, assignment status, contractor information, trainee information, job notes, supervisor information, cancellation information, approvals, work order details, and related communications.
F. Time Tracking and Payroll-Related Information
We may collect clock-in and clock-out times, timecard records, approved hours, corrections, break information, job completion status, payroll status, payment information, tax-related information, direct deposit or payout-related information, and related records needed to support payroll, billing, invoicing, accounting, and compliance.
G. Location Information
We may collect location information when you use job-related features, including job maps, job-site verification, clock-in, clock-out, distance checks, geotagging, background location, and assignment management.
Location information may include job site addresses, GPS coordinates, approximate location, or precise location depending on your device settings and the feature being used.
We may collect background location when necessary to support job-related features, including verifying job-site attendance, supporting clock-in and clock-out activity, reviewing timecards, coordinating active assignments, preventing misuse of the Platform, and supporting safety and compliance workflows.
You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location access, some Platform features may not work correctly or may be unavailable.
H. Uploaded Content and Documents
We may collect files, images, PDFs, certifications, licenses, signed agreements, work-related documents, profile materials, incident-related documents, and other content uploaded through the Platform.
I. Communications
We may collect emails, SMS messages, push notification data, support requests, call notes, in-app messages, feedback, and other communications between you, CrewSolutions, contractors, trainees, service providers, or administrators.
J. Device, Usage, and Technical Information
We may collect information about your device and use of the Platform, including device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, app version, login activity, error logs, pages or screens viewed, and other diagnostic or usage information.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. If we add analytics, crash reporting, or similar tools in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy as needed.
K. Payment and Billing Information
We may collect billing details, invoice information, payment status, transaction records, customer account information, and payment method-related data. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors.

3. How We Share Information

A. Contractors and Client Businesses
We may share relevant trainee profile, assignment, job, timecard, location, certification, and work-related information with approved contractors or client businesses as needed to manage assignments, verify attendance, review timecards, provide supervision, and coordinate work.
B. Electrical Trainees and Workers
We may share job site information, contractor information, assignment details, schedules, job requirements, approval status, and related communications with electrical trainees or workers.
C. Payroll, Payment, and Workforce Administration Providers
We may share information with payroll, payout, tax, onboarding, workforce administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, and payment providers, including Everee and Stripe, as needed to process onboarding, payroll, payments, billing, tax forms, and related administrative services.
D. Verification, Document, and Signing Providers
We may share information with identity verification, document review, license verification, e-signature, and compliance providers, including Veriff, DocuSign, or similar vendors if used.
E. Mapping, Location, Communication, and Cloud Providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate the Platform, including Google Maps or Google Places for mapping and address features, Twilio or SendGrid for communications, AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, database providers, storage providers, and other technology vendors.
F. Professional Advisors and Legal/Insurance Parties
We may share information with attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, insurers, auditors, claims administrators, collection providers, and other professional advisors when needed for business, legal, insurance, accounting, or compliance purposes.

I. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

Message frequency may vary based on account activity, job activity, assignments, and use of the Platform. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help.
CrewSolutions does not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
CrewSolutions may share mobile phone numbers and SMS-related information with service providers, such as Twilio or SendGrid, only as needed to send and manage CrewSolutions communications, operate the Platform, provide services, maintain records, comply with law, prevent fraud or misuse, and support account, job, payroll, safety, legal, or administrative workflows.
4. Location Information
Location information is important to certain Platform features, including job site maps, assignment coordination, clock-in and clock-out, geotagging, distance checks, timecard review, job-site verification, and active assignment management.
The Platform may request access to your device location, including background location, when needed for job-related features. Background location may be used to support active job assignments, verify attendance, reduce timecard disputes, improve job coordination, and support safety and compliance workflows.
You may disable location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location permissions, you may not be able to use certain job-related features, including clock-in, clock-out, assignment verification, or location-based job tools.
5. Payroll, Workforce, and Sensitive Information
Because CrewSolutions supports workforce-related services, we may collect information that may be considered sensitive, including identification documents, employment eligibility information, tax-related information, precise location data, payroll-related information, and work-related records.
We use sensitive information only for purposes such as onboarding, verification, payroll, tax administration, assignment management, safety, compliance, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and providing the Platform. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics unrelated to the services we provide.
6. Account Deletion
Users may delete their own account through the Platform. When an account is deleted, we may delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to legal, operational, payroll, tax, employment, insurance, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements.
Some records may be retained after account deletion when retention is required or permitted by law, including records related to payroll, taxes, timecards, work orders, invoices, payments, insurance, safety incidents, legal claims, account misuse, or completed assignments.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, manage accounts, administer job assignments, process payroll and billing, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and protect against fraud or misuse.
Some records, including payroll, tax, employment, safety, billing, insurance, and legal records, may need to be retained for longer periods as required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
